Organization for New Direction has operated in Afghanistan since 2018, where we are the leading youth-led development agency and women’s right organization (WRO). Founded in response to the urgent humanitarian needs in Afghanistan, our NGO is committed to creating positive change through collaborative efforts with local communities.

Our Mission
To empower vulnerable communities in Afghanistan by implementing sustainable humanitarian and development programs that promote dignity, resilience, and self‑sufficiency. Organization for New Direction works to address the root causes of poverty and instability through initiatives focused on education, health services, livelihood development, agriculture, shelter support, and emergency response. Through collaboration with local communities, government institutions, and international partners, we strive to deliver immediate humanitarian assistance while creating long‑term development opportunities that strengthen communities and improve quality of life.
